The New Home Builders Pardee, are starting construction for three separate communities, Keystone, Cobalt, and their newest addition Onyx. These communities are all single family residential homes, ranging in size, stories, styles, and upgrades. Keystone features 3-5 bedroom houses, 2 plans that are single story, 2 that are two story. The prices range from high 400’s to mid 500’s. Pardee gives many add on options to make your home perfect. Each home features a spacious open floor plan, with a beautiful kitchen, and outdoor room for entertaining perfection. Cobalt, as well, features 3-5 bedrooms, but all homes are two stories. Cobalt even includes plans with a downstairs master bedroom for those who prefer the privacy. Each home comes with many upgraded features, in addition to multiple upgrades you can add yourself. The homes in Cobalt range anywhere from mid 300’s to mid 400’s. Lastly, thee’s Onyx which is still under construction at the moment. Onyx will highlight 4-6 bedrooms two story homes. Like all the others, this community features many different upgrades and styles. Onyx is a little more expensive starting at the high 400′, but they will not disappoint. This community will be opening in early June.
