  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers

Real Estate Assistant & Transaction Coordinator Position

  • Greeting and registering customers/guest and answering inbound calls
  • Monitoring multiple email accounts
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Marketing through various forms of media
  • Input listings and sales to MLS, and upload listings to multiple marketing sites
  • Prepare purchase agreements and contracts per agent instruction
  • Perform all file tracking and file archiving to ensure regulatory compliance is achieved
  • Schedule and order all required transaction services
  • Provide progress status updates to all parties
  • Request needed documents and follow through until acquired
  • Verify and disclose property facts as directed

Success Factors

  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must have a working knowledge of the escrow process
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Must have computer literacy Microsoft, Mac is a plus
  • Must have working knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Must have strong writing skills – grammar, spelling
  • Must possess real estate license or be able to get one within 3 months of hire
  • And must have reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in real estate, active Nevada RE license Preferred

Pay is hourly (based on experience) + file bonus after 90 days. Hours 9am-5pm M-F.
