Summerlin is situated in the western foothills of the Las Vegas Valley, next to the scenic Red Rock National Conservation Area. Summerlin offers residence, spectacular views, top notch schools, a pedestrian friendly Downtown and some of the best neighborhoods and homes in the Las Vegas area.

The Gardens Village of Summerlin is located in the Southern part of the Summerlin master plan community in Las Vegas and adjacent to the 215 Beltway easily accessed by Town Center Blvd.

The Gardens Village of Summerlin was originally built and developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation in 2000 with most homes being built between 2002-2006 designed as the name implies, to be lush, green and garden like, something very unique and special in Southern Nevada. At only 410-acres, this mixed-use community offers a lot; it is one of the most intimate active communities in Summerlin.

The Gardens Village of Summerlin features single family homes, multifamily homes, luxury apartments, light retail, office spaces, and a house of worship all surrounding the Gardens Park. The park is an 18-acre park that itself features, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a roller hockey rink, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard courts, children’s play area, large open festival lawn area and picnic pavilions and a hedge maze – the only one of it’s kind in the area. Not to mention some of the most beautiful sunset views of the Red Rocks at the Red Rock National Conservation Area.

Also located in the park is the Gardens Community Center that hosts a variety of classes and programs for residents and don’t forget the farmers Market. The Gardens Village Park hosts a very popular weekly Farmer’s Markets in Las Vegas that you should check out for yourself.

The Gardens Village of Summerlin 89135, is one of the most active and intimate – pedestrian friendly communities in all of Summerlin. It’s the kind of communities that Zillow would give a high walk score to. The Gardens is bordered to the North by The Willows Village of Summerlin, and to the west by the Ridgebrook Village of Summerlin.
